  • Click to call

    *astTECS telephony integration enables users to make an outbound call directly from Leadsquared CRM with a single click, using the Click to call feature. Outgoing numbers can be masked with the official organization number providing a professional experience to clients. Reduce manual dialing errors and increase contact productivity.

  • Incoming call pop up

    All incoming calls will be shown as a pop up on the Leadsquared page with caller’s details. Details to be poped up can be selected by the user based on the business requirements. Contextual access to historical interactions with the contact can also be displayed to give users more insight about the customer.

  • Call logs

    Inbound/Outbound calls will be logged automatically into the Leadsquared CRM. Call Logs are recorded under the respective lead with additional information related to the call. The data will include call duration, date & time, call disposition, call direction and call recording file. Call recordings are stored on the client server, Leadquared only streams the file from the provided location.

  • Auto Lead Creation and Updates

    All incoming calls will automatically check if the caller is present or not with the given contact. If not, a new lead is automatically created.
