“Available agent Transfer ” option not working in VICIDial

Problem

While in a live call if we click on ‘Transfer-conf’ and the click on ‘AGENTS’ it will show the other logged in agents in the popup screen.But its not showing any agents.

Solution

Step-1
Make sure the required in groups are selected in the Champaign in both “ingoup” and “transfer group” settings.

Step-2:
Make sure Agents are selecting these in-groups while logging in.

Step-3
Make sure the USER GROUP settings are done correctly. Check what are the groups selected in the “Agent Status Viewable Groups” (This setting controls which users can be transferred to so by not checking anything here you are saying that users of this group cannot transfer to any group. )

Step-4
Go to User Groups => Agent Status Viewable Groups => [X]ALL-GROUPS
– All user groups in the system (or the groups you want to transfer).
