Overlapping of Calls

Problem :

Two Agents are getting each other voice at a time and same customer calls land to both agents.

Solution :

This issue is due to same session ID for  both agents.

  1. Check the session id status in Real-time screen, same session id could be present for two agents. Ask each Agents to logout & login one by one. Or..
  2. In Vicidial GUI; go to Admin => Conferences => Show vicidial conferences ; Check if any Duplicate ID is present, if yes, delete the duplicate id.
